I paid for next day delivery and never arrived due to problems with courier having their own issues. Contacted them and received email stating courier problem. Arrived next day but too late. Went to respond to their How did we do ? email to find you are timed out after 2 hours !!! Not a company i could trust again so will go elsewhere.

Great company and great products at excellent prices. Fast safe delivery by Evri. Totally recommended

Quite disappointed with their time of delivery-especially if u subscribe on regular bases -worse if u change the date u won't receive your order-.take ages to answer their phone, always problem with singing in..won't use them again.though their prices are good.

Placed an order Tuesday and received it Friday. 1 item was missing so I called them and it was corrected straight away. I should get my missing item tomorrow. Quick and easy

Absolutely horrific company. Very poor customer service. Extremely rude people on the phone. If you are looking after a disabled person please do not use these awful people.

An update
Further to my previous review, customers need to be aware that once you have an account and have given your payment details, there does not appear to be any way of closing your account or removing your payment card from it. This is wrong and a huge red flag. What a shame, this used to be a good company with friendly people on the phone.

Continues to send you stuff you haven't ordered with multiple delivery charges and what should have been a single delivery

Total disgusting, this company forgot to put the phone on mute and then spent a minute or 2 slagging my wife off, when they return to the phone they refused to deal with this situation straight away and we were told (just before they terminated the phone call) it would be dealt with the same day, when I call back at 4:30pm having heard nothing from them I was accused of all sorts and told it would be dealt with in the morning, do you self's a favour stay away from this company

Incontinence Choice provide no email address and upon their website the email address given as Sales@incontinencechoice does not work also their "contact us" link upon their website does not work.
They are quick to take your money but delivering any product is not high on their list of priorities. if you want a serious challenge try getting your money back!
I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.

I ordered products from this company, and paid for standard delivery. They were due to be delivered on the Friday, but didn't arrive. I received an email from the delivery company (Hermes) to say that they'd been returned to sender. I couldn't understand why, as we'd waited home, and have a safe place for parcels to be left, but we were home all day anyway. I phoned the company, and followed up with an email. I wasn't going to contact Hermes, as their phone charges are extravagant *(£3.60). I found a site where I could leave a message (hard to find) and had a response to say it has been returned to hub., which is obviously a distribution centre. As it was a weekend I couldn't phone the company, but phoned them first thing Monday, and was asked, after explaining everything, if I wanted a refund, or they could send by express delivery the following day... so I decided to let them deliver, and was expecting it to arrive this morning. I received a message from Hermes saying that it would be here between 3pm and 5pm..it wasn't exactly an express delivery..I finally received my goods at 4.45, and I definitely won't be dealing with this company again.

I paid for next day delivery and I am still waiting. They were quick to ring me the next day to suggest a regular order, which thankfully I declined. I wanted next day delivery for a reason, I should have gone to Amazon.

Take your but don’t deliver anyrhing

Don't pay next day delivery @ £5.99!!! it doesn't happen! 3 occasions I have had stress trying to get my mum's parcel to her the next day!!! Yodel are very blase and matter of fact...They don't care that my mum going without her incontinence pads at the home and is in discomfort and has embarrassment that her pads still not arrived . I gave the relevant details on my order form but never have these special instructions been passed onto the driver. Yodel even asked me directions !!! Really?? Useless. I have complained about the service before but you just blamed the delivery company but not doing anything about it. We will never use this company or yodel again. Still require refund!

Avoid this company. Ordered two plastic buckets with lids. Paid for next day delivery. Delivery 3 days late and one of the buckets has a cracked lid. The returns process is so complex that it is not worth it. I will never order anything from this company again.

This company makes you feel a lier and stupid,takes your money instantly, contacted the company several times only one or two replies.
I have given them time to get the order out,they said I did not put address is correctly, but this is the second time I have ordered and they got it right the first time, when you click on the re order you use the same details as before so what's the problem.
The 24hr order is £5 + and I was told I would not get a refund, my mum has vascular dementia and needed these items 2 weeks ago,its a disgusting way to treat a 87 year old lady,and they try to say its all your fault.
